The hotel's staff provided excellent service, from the friendly concierge to the helpful cleaning team. the room service we enjoyed on our last day was delicious, but we also explored the old town for authentic local dishes and coffees. the lobby bar, with its stunning architecture, was the ideal spot to unwind with a cocktail and admire the beauty of the hotel. the Krystal Monterrey is well-equipped for hosting events, making it a versatile choice for various travel purposes. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of flavors that changed daily to suit different tastes. the panoramic view of the mountain from the central patio was a beautiful backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. I appreciated the blend of modern and classic design in our room, which was spacious and offered a comfortable seating area. the attentive staff and the hotel's emphasis on safety and security further enhanced our experience.
